Smt. Kasu Raghavamma Brahmananda Reddy college was started as a Junior College in the year 1972 and later upgraded as Degree College in 1974, mainly to cater the needs of the needy and downtrodden students of the Palnadu Area.
The college was established in the year 1972 in a spacious area of 23.5 acres, the college is in the heart of the town and is housed beautifully constructed permanent buildings. It has all the facilities to ensure all-round development of the students. While wee staked and spacious library, fully equipped laboratories, separate labs for different departments give academic ambience.
The play grounds well equipped Gym various sports facilities, the ever active N.C.C, N.S.S, cultural clubs take care of the Non academic atmosphere. Students are always kept engaged in one activity or other. Presently the management has the desire to make the lecture of learning with various UG and PG programmes introduced during the next five years.
Our aim is to work hard and bring Montessori to masters and beyond under the same roof. A study center of Doctor B.R Ambedkar Open University in the college campus renders service to the under graduate students.
Latest courses have been added to compete with modern trends in education we hope that we will achieved the best results with the assistance of our dedicated staff members, and thus fulfill the dreams and the aspirations of the founders of this college.
Infrastructure:
The college has multistoried buildings with sufficient number of class rooms and laboratories. It has 17 class rooms and seven laboratories UG library and vast play grounds. The area of the college is 23.5 acres. The play grounds has the facility of Volleball, Kabadi, Cricket, ball badminton, tennikoit, basket ball, etc.
